Legal Pro Bono Opportunity
Bay Area Legal Services is looking for volunteers for an upcoming Advanced Directives Legal Clinic with Bay Area Legal Services on Tuesday, June 23 from 4:00–7:00 PM in St. Pete.
At the clinic, we’ll be helping community members with:
- Simple wills
- Healthcare surrogate forms
- Power of Attorney for
- Guardianship forms for minors
It’s a great chance to get some legal pro bono hours and hands-on experience. Student volunteers will assist with pre-screenings.
There will be a mandatory training on June 16, so please keep that in mind when signing up.

Also, just a quick note—since we’ll be working directly with community members, it is really important that everyone who signs up is able to follow through. So please only commit if you know you can attend both the training and the clinic.
