Parker Schlichte Named the 2026 Stetson Law Review Fall Scholarship Luncheon Presenter

Parker Schlichte, class of 2027, has been selected to present his article, “No Exemption to the Exception: Learning Resources, Inc. v. Trump and the Major Questions Doctrine’s Reach into the Oval Office,” which comprehensively analyzes the Supreme Court’s recent decision regarding the application of the major questions doctrine to the President.
