Affinity/ERG Initiative 

Dear Stetson Community,
Last semester, HR launched a services satisfaction survey. We received very important information regarding current and desired HR services, along with feedback on potential affinity/employee resource groups. An affinity/ERG group is a group of employees linked by a common purpose, identity or interest. They can play a vital role in ensuring an inclusive environment where community members feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed. 

HR/People Operations, in collaboration with staff and faculty advocates, wishes to invite our members to participate in an open forum for those wishing to join other members of the community in dialogue around certain topics of interest. This first meeting will be a virtual Teams meeting so that both campuses are able to participate on a larger scale. We realize that individual efforts may be formed on each campus, and we look forward to those emerging energies as well!

Please join us Thursday, April 25th from 11:45am-1:00pm. We want to hear your ideas for these groups. We believe by providing this opportunity to network and engage with colleagues, it strengthens our commitment to a relationship-rich environment.
