Alumni Accounts and Microsoft Licensing
As per Microsoft License requirements, we are required to update all our Alumni accounts to the new Exchange Online (Plan 1) for alumni. All alumni can still benefit from our Email for Life program, however access to other Microsoft applications like Microsoft Office and OneDrive will no longer be supported. In addition to the license changes, we also remove accounts that have not accessed email or changed their passwords in over two years. Our accounts are evaluated twice a year:
- Spring graduates, your license will transition to email only on September 1st and alumni that have not changed their password in over two years will be deleted.
- Fall graduates, your license will transition to email only on April 1st and alumni that have not changed their password in over two years will be deleted.
