Deadline Approaching—Register Today!
Interested in trying out for one or two of Stetson’s award-winning Advocacy Boards—Dispute Resolution, Trial Team, or Moot Court? The deadline to register is Friday, April 21, at 11:59 a.m.
How do I find out more information?
- Start with a TWEN page on Westlaw. The TWEN page is called, “2023 Advocacy Boards Tryouts.” (To join the TWEN page, first select “TWEN” from the Westlaw main page. On the main “TWEN” page, click on the down arrow in the orange box that says, “Manage Courses.” Select “Add Course.” From the list of courses listed under “Stetson University,” find the course entitled, “2023 Advocacy Board Tryouts,” and click on the “+Add” blue button in the right-hand side. The course will now appear in your list of courses.”)
- If you did not attend the informational meeting on April 4, please watch the recording of the meeting (linked in the left-hand margin, “2023 Informational Meeting”).
- And then visit the publicly accessible “Tryouts Information” webpage (linked to the main Advocacy Center webpage, but also linked here). Scroll down. The “Register Now” green button is at the bottom center of the page.
If you have any general questions about registration, please contact Professor Bowman ([email protected]). There is also a Forum page on the TWEN page for any questions. Or you can reach out to the Advocacy Board Directors:
