Does your department scan documents that are then stored in your Teams or OneDrive? 

Today, most departments follow these steps to store files in the cloud:

  1. Scan document and send to email.
  2. Go back to computer to open Outlook and download document.
  3. Upload document from computer to Teams.

The Xerox MFP printers that were recently deployed in your department support apps that can simplify the process to just:

  1. Scan document to Teams.

Once the app is installed, you provide your Stetson login and you can access any Team site where you have access to store your document.
