Please join BLSA at the 2023 MLK Day Parade hosted by Advantage Village Academy (AVA).

BLSA will be walking in the MLK Jr. Day Parade through downtown St. Petersburg to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The parade begins at 11AM.  All members of the Stetson Law Community (including Alumni) are strongly encouraged to join us.

The MLK Day Parade Details:
Parade Date: Monday, January 16, 2023
Stetson Law Parade Walker Check-in time: 9:30 a.m.
Parade Start time: 11:00 A.M.
Location: The check-in area is at the intersection of 4th Avenue South and 1st Street South. The parade route is East to West on 1st Avenue South St. Petersburg, FL.
Parade route: Stetson Law will have two vehicles accompanying those on the parade route (approx. ~1.5 miles)

Walking participants must be at least six (6) years old or older. There must be at least one adult escort for every six (6) children under the age of 13 years. Young children riding on a float must have adult supervision on and around them.
