The Tax Court will be visiting Tampa twice this Fall – there will be a regular case trial session starting Monday, Oct. 17 (Judge Goeke presiding), with calendar call at 10 am.  The Court typically asks the calendar call program volunteers to be there 45 to 60 minutes ahead of time in case any of the pro se petitioners require assistance before the start of the session. If any cases do go to trial, members would be allowed to attend the trials, so you should at least stay to find out the trial schedule, which is announced at the end of the calendar call. *Please make sure to wear court room attire*
