Mr. Karch is the Founding Partner of Core X Legal. Prior to Core X Legal, Mr. Karch was the Managing Shareholder at DLT Law Group and founded a blockchain tech company in his spare time. He is a practicing attorney in the areas of business formation and structuring, transactions, governance, and finance, including mergers and acquisitions and securities regulation, with a specialization in crypto currency, blockchain, and other distributed ledger technology applications.

Mr. Karch works with private corporations, non-profits, closely held businesses, and start-up and emerging companies. His practice focuses on emerging blockchain technology companies and implementation of distributed ledger technology in both the private and public sector.
