Strategies for Combating Imposter Syndrome and Stereotype Threat

Did you know that although few people talk about it, 70% of the population has experienced imposter syndrome, and that number may be higher for those in higher education? According to experts, it affects people working in competitive environments, under a lot of pressure, and is mostly attributed to over-achieving individuals. That sounds a lot like law school and law students. Have you ever said, “No matter how hard I work, for some reason, it never feels good enough,” or “I tend to overachieve and stretch myself thin.” If so, you are not alone! Join us to learn more about imposter syndrome, stereotype threat, and strategies for combating both.
There are two sessions, pick the session that works best for you.
