As part of Women’s Week, FAWLS is hosting “Empower Hour” in collaboration with the Office of Diversity, Collaboration, and Inclusion. This activity is open to the entire Stetson Law community including students, faculty, and staff. We will have a station set up from 11 am – 1 pm and invite the Stetson community to discuss what empowers them or how they empower others. The activity is making empowerment bracelets and keychains, where the individual chooses a word that empowers them and creates a bracelet with that word. Then, they can proudly wear their bracelet or when they have found another community member in need of empowerment, they can pass along that bracelet with their word of inspiration.
