Join Us for a Special Screening of Just Mercy!
On September 30th at 6:00 PM in the Mann Lounge, the Christian Legal Society, Black Law Students Association, and Innocence Initiative at Stetson University are proud to host a screening of the movie Just Mercy. This powerful drama tells the inspiring story of young defense attorney Bryan Stevenson and is based on his 2014 memoir. The film chronicles Stevenson’s early work and his dedication to providing legal representation to individuals in the criminal justice system who cannot afford proper legal counsel, bringing attention to a critical issue in the criminal justice system.
