You’re invited to attend Stetson Law’s annual Pro Bono Fair this Thursday, October 22, from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the Great Hall.

Representatives from around 30 organizations will be on campus to speak with students about the work of their offices, as well as pro bono, internship, and post-graduate opportunities. This is a great opportunity to:

• Learn how to get involved in meaningful pro bono work
• Connect directly with nonprofit, legal aid, government employers, public defender, and state attorney offices
• Take the next step in completing the 60-hour pro bono graduation requirement

Organizations attending include Three Rivers Legal Services, Americans for Immigrant Justice, Bay Area Legal Services, Community Law Program, Southern Legal Counsel, Community Legal Services, Department of Children and Families, Florida Guardian ad Litem, United Way Suncoast, Habeas Dockets, various State Attorney and Public Defender offices, and more. The Veterans Law Institute will also be offering the opportunity for students to earn a ½ hour of non-legal pro bono at the fair for helping pack items for veterans in need, while supplies last!
