Role of International Law in US Lawsuits for Ownership of the Titanic’s Recovered Artifacts ; Use of Blockchains in Maritime Law

October 27, 2022 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Come join the Maritime Law Society, International Law Society, the Stetson Blockchain & Law Society, and Professor Cerniglia in attending wonderful presentations by two renowned law professors from the Université Le Havre-Normandie (France)! Presentations include: the role of French law of shipwrecks in a series of US lawsuits regarding ownership of artifacts recovered from the Titanic, and the use of blockchains in Maritime Law. These very interesting presentations will help you gain a perspective of maritime, international, and blockchain law that may have not been previously considered, and should broaden your understanding of law in general.

Please note that these presentations will take place at Stetson’s Tampa Law Center. Free food & drink will be provided!

If unable to attend the event in-person, online attendance is available.

We look forward to seeing you there!
