SBA conducts bi-weekly general body meetings for members of SBA’s Executive Board and Legislative Council. This document is referred to as the “Minutes” document and reflects the matters that were discussed at the respective SBA meeting. All students of Stetson Law are welcome to attend these meetings.    1. Proposed Constitution Amendment – amendment passes with 94% pass rate
   2. Election Reform Amendments:
      1. Ban on 3L Exec Vote Amendment – amendment passes with 79% pass rate
         1. Jacob Gordon moved to amend this amendment and strike: “only” replaced by “all”, “who will be returning to” replaced by “are enrolled at”, and by striking the summer or fall semester without replacement – amendment did not pass by majority
      2. Use of Emails Amendment – amendment passes with 94% pass rate

• All Students are Eligible Amendment – amendment passes with 85%

1. Vacant Seat Amendment – amendment passes with 94% pass rate
2. Running Exec Added Section Amendment – amendment passes with 67% pass rate
3. Parliamentarian Language Amendment – amendment passes with 91% pass vote
