In the last weeks of 2022, Secure 2.0 was passed and signed into law. Secure 2.0 has some of the most important changes in retirement planning that we have seen in 15 years.  It is important for attorneys to understand these changes and how to use these changes to help their clients plan for retirement.  This webinar will take the participants through the provisions that impact retirement planning including important changes to the timing of required minimal distributions, expanded catch-up provisions, and help for part-time employees.  Participants will also learn about the Secure 2.0 impact on Able Accounts and Special Needs Trusts.
