The RPPTL Stetson Law Chapter and the Elder Law Society are proud to cohost an engaging and insightful event featuring Rebecca Bell, Esq., Florida Bar Board-Certified Elder Law Specialist and Stetson Law alumna.

Ms. Bell will speak on the intersection of Alzheimer’s disease and Trusts & Estates practice, sharing her experience working with clients facing cognitive decline and capacity challenges. Attendees will gain practical knowledge about assessing capacity, ethical considerations, and compassionate legal strategies for supporting aging clients and their families.
