Government Land Use Panel

Are you interested in local land use law, the constitutional issues of government land use planning, and the realities of working in this area of law? Then please join Stetson’s RPPTL Society as we hear from a panel of land use attorneys from the Sarasota County Office of the County Attorney! Three panelists will talk about their experience in government land use law, how they got there from law school, and what students can do now to set themselves on a path to get there too. You will hear from Joshua Moye, Deputy County Attorney; David Pearce, Assistant County Attorney; and Christine Messier, Assistant County Attorney. We hope to see you there!
