Announcement

  1. We’ve identified a rare issue where passwords may expire but can still use the old password while accessing cloud services such as Office 365. A fix will be implemented tonight to address this issue and provide a more seamless experience when changing password on campus or through our Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) service.
  2. Our stetson.edu site will be migrated to the cloud. Users may experience sporadic access to the site as content is moved.

Maintenance

  • Server Updates
    • Upgrading servers to improve security and support. On-campus users may experience sporadic access to services, but these will be minimal.
  • Network and Wireless Updates
    • Our core and internet routers will be updated, you will experience a very short (< 5 min) outage of internet services while on campus during our maintenance window.
    • Office phones might not work as expected while we work on the network. If you have an emergency, please dial 911 from your mobile phone.
  • Printing System Upgrade
    • Our Paper-Cut print server will be upgraded to the latest version and security.
