Immigration Pro Bono Opportunity (Legal) – Lutheran Services

Lutheran Services Florida is seeking 4 pro bono volunteers for Spring 2024 to assist attorneys in providing immigration services. Students will assist attorneys with a wide range of casework, including asylum applications, family-based petitions, naturalization/citizenship, employment authorization, and more. You’ll draft memos, conduct legal research, assist with screenings and client appointments in-person at the Tampa office, and have many opportunities for client interaction. Applications will be accepted from 2L, 3L, and LL.M students. Proficiency in one of the following languages is a plus but not required: Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole, Dari and/or Pashto.
