Important notes from the Bookstore

Using financial aid online: Only use the option at check out IF you will be receiving a refund check that will cover the cost of your books. It may show that you have money in your account, but it is just a limit that you can charge to your aid from 7/20-8/9 (online charging will close 8/8). There is no money HELD aside in your account, it is just a limit that you can use to pre-pay for your books using your financial aid.

Questions about online orders: We are super busy filling online orders and taking care of in-store customers. Please do not call the store to inquire about pricing, your order status or questions in regard to an order placed. Please email [email protected] and include your order# and what questions you have, and we will respond as quickly as possible. You will receive status updates via the email on your online account regarding order/book status as well. Please make sure you have updated your email in your online account so that you are not missing these status updates.
