IMPORTANT Notes on Examplify and Operating System Updates

ExamSoft has recently announced that, while they are assessing compatibility, the following operating systems are not currently supported:

  • Windows 11 23H2
  • macOS 14 Sonoma

We would like to remind you that, as a best practice, while it is safe to install regular updates, operating system updates are NOT recommended until after the exam period.  If Examplify is not supported by your laptop’s operating system, you will have to handwrite your exams.

We encourage you to verify which operating systems are supported on the Examplify Minimum System Requirements page.  You may visit our ExamSoft FAQ page for additional information.

If you are not sure if you should update the operating system on your laptop, please feel free to contact our office for guidance.
