Mr. Michal Homza , a graduate of Stetson’s International LL.M. program, is currently working to establish a new NATO military infrastructure in Slovakia (NATO Multinational Battlegroup) and facilitating legal aspects of the provision of support from the perspective of defense to Ukraine. At his presentation, he will engage in a discussion of the ongoing war in Ukraine, focusing on the historical aspects that preceded Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, issues of hybrid warfare and Cold War propaganda, breaches of international humanitarian law, and NATO’s continued role and presence in the conflict.
