Kim Kirtley Named the Stetson Law Review Fall Scholarship Luncheon Presenter
Kim Kirtley, class of 2026, has been selected to present her article, “From Ashcroft to Anderegg: AI-Generated Child Sexual Abuse Material and the Limits of First Amendment Protection,” at Stetson Law Review’s Fall Scholarship Luncheon. Kim’s article comprehensively analyzes recent Supreme Court decisions on child sexual abuse material and discusses how generative AI is testing the boundaries of constitutional law.
