New On-Site Dining Services Manager

Please welcome Hermis Pastrana, our new Gulfport campus onsite dining services manager.

Hermis brings with her well-rounded experience in customer service, daily café operations, Starbucks experience , and all aspects of catering from Cater Trax to execution.

As many of you are aware, Audrey Scaglione of Compass Group has been overseeing the catering communication and quotes for the campus while we searched for a new Dining Manager. Any events previously confirmed with Audrey can continue to be communicated through her until event is complete.

Effective Monday, May 9th, Hermis will assume all new communications, requests and bookings.
