“ADVANCED LEGAL ANALYSIS II” – Exploring Critical Reading, Issue Spotting, and Rule Synthesis
Legal analysis is one of the most important skills you develop in law school. Come join us for the second of a three-part series on Advanced Legal Analysis! This second workshop will focus on exploring critical reading, issue spotting, and rule synthesis using an actual Multistate Practice Test (MPT) problem designed to test our lawyering skills using a realistic situation within a self-contained exercise.
