Register Today for the Judicial Clerkship Institute!

Pepperdine Caruso School of Law is pleased to invite those who will start a judicial clerkship within the next few years to attend the Judicial Clerkship Institute March 10-11, 2022.

Each year, Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law brings law students from across the country to its campus for the Wm. Matthew Byrne, Jr. Judicial Clerkship Institute (JCI). At JCI, students who have been accepted into federal judicial clerkship positions have the opportunity to gain distinctive, comprehensive training by federal judges. In the past eighteen years, students from more than 177 different law schools clerking for more than 794 different judges have attended the program, making it a unique resource for promoting the administration of justice in our federal courts.

The Wm. Matthew Byrne, Jr. Judicial Clerkship Institute will be in-person, if possible, in Malibu on March 10–11, 2022.

This program is dedicated to promoting justice and the federal judiciary through training federal judicial law clerks. Every spring, federal judges and professors from across the country gather at Pepperdine and generously dedicate their time to providing current and future federal law clerks with the skills they need to become effective law clerks. The wisdom they share during the program in invaluable.

Unfortunately, due to space limitations we cannot accept all applicants, so please apply early.
