Savannah Smith Named the 2026 Stetson Law Review Spring Scholarship Luncheon Presenter

Savannah Smith, class of 2027, has been selected to present her article, “PullingthePlug on the Universal Injunction: RevivingEquityAfter Trump v. CASA,” which comprehensively analyzes the Supreme Court’s decision on universal injunctions in Trump v. CASA, traces its departure from the original public meaning of equity, and proposes reforms necessary to restore effective equitable relief.
