SJA Concentration Program Book Discussion
On Wednesday October 26th at 5 pm in the Mann Lounge. The SJA Concentration Program will be leading a book discussion on The Case Against the Supreme Court by Erwin Chemerinsky. Professor Adams and Scully will introduce students to the key issues raised in Chapters 1-4 of this book and will facilitate a discussion with students focused on two key issues:
1) What makes a Supreme Court decision right or wrong? and
2) What research do you expect a Supreme Court Justice to undertake before deciding a case?
