Special Invitation for Students Taking R&W II in the Spring 2023

As part of the Campus to Career programming and brought to you by Professor Bowman, R&W Professor and Director, Moot Court Board, students taking R&W II in the spring are invited to join us for “Oral Advocacy: Join the Conversation” on Monday, January 16, 2023, in the Great Hall, from 1:00-3:00 p.m.  (Monday, January 16 is a school holiday.)

At “Oral Advocacy: Join the Conversation,” you will watch a live moot court practice of Stetson’s Hunton Andrews Kurth National Championship team and begin to learn about the oral argument fundamentals, which will be helpful as you will present oral arguments in R&W II.

And because we know that students can feel stressed about doing oral arguments, desserts (“stressed” spelled backwards) will be served!  Please RSVP.  (The deadline to RSVP is Thursday, January 12, at 6:00 p.m.)  And there will be an opportunity to win prizes.
