As a lawyer, you must diligently and competently advocate for your client. Furthermore, as a leader within the legal profession, you must also advocate for your team, your community, and the greater good.
In doing this, you will not always find that the goals of your client or team align with your personal beliefs and emotions. You may have to set aside these emotions in order to advocate for the best interest of your client or organization.
Keeping this in mind, which of the six pillars of leadership do you find most critical in making an objective and well-reasoned decision in the face of personal or external disagreement? How would you use this pillar to do so?
