Spring Teen Court Training/Informational Session

Looking for a unique way to earn legal pro bono hours this Spring 2026? Join St. Pete Teen Court, a diversion program that gives juveniles a second chance when facing their first encounter with the criminal justice system.

  • In Teen Court, sanctions are decided by a jury of the youth’s peers, and participants are required to take responsibility for their actions and accept the consequences set by the peer court, students from various high schools in the community.
  • Stetson Law students play a vital role by serving as judge during these proceedings. All students are eligible to participate.
  • Teen Court sessions are held on Tuesday evenings from 4:45-7:00 p.m. in St. Petersburg at 545 1st Ave N.

An informational/training session will be held on Zoom on Friday, Jan. 23 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. See below for the link to the Zoom meeting. Questions? Contact [email protected].
