Student Research Assistant Opportunity (Prof. Myslinska)

Professor Myslinska is seeking a student Research Assistant for a research project focused on veganism, legal discourse, and potentially prisoners’ rights.

The Research Assistant will be expected to conduct legal research (case law, statutes, regulations), review and analyze judicial opinions, research scholarly literature, and summarize complex materials. Depending on the progress of the project, the RA might also be asked to check citations in the resultant law review draft.

The project will begin in the spring semester and may continue through the summer, depending on the student’s availability. Training will be provided as needed.

This position is well suited for a student who is well-organized, detail-oriented, and interested in legal research and critical analysis.
