Summer 2026 Tuition and Financial Aid

The Business Office has received inquiries about the amount of tuition, when tuition is due for the summer 2026 semester, and when financial aid checks are to be distributed. Please find the relevant information below:

Summer 2026 tuition and fees for the various programs are:

Summer Session I

  • Full time- $14,554 plus $75 SBA fees plus $30 Law Study Activity fees
  • Flex time- $9,703 plus $75 SBA fees plus $30 Law Study Activity fees

Summer Session II

Entered Fall 2025/Spring 2025

  • Full time- $14,130 plus $75 SBA fees plus $30 Law Study Activity fees
  • Flex time- $9,420 plus $75 SBA fees plus $30 Law Study Activity fees

Entered Fall 2024

  • 3L Full time- $13,586 plus $75 SBA fees plus $30 Law Study Activity fees
  • 3L Flex time- $9,058 plus $75 SBA fees plus $30 Law Study Activity fees

Entered Fall 2023 & prior

  • 4L Full time- $13,990 plus $75 SBA fees plus $30 Law Study Activity fees
  • 4L Flex time- $9,201 plus $75 SBA fees plus $30 Law Study Activity fees

Other Programs:

  • LLM Elder Law- $1,463/credit hour plus $50 tech fee
  • LLM Advocacy- $1,339/credit hour plus $50 tech fee
  • International LLM- $13,990 (Fees $75 SBA / $30 Activity)

Tuition and fees have been posted to your student account based on your current registration. To review your charges and view any payments/financial aid received:

  • Log into your MyStetson account
  • Click on ‘Student Dashboard’
  • Click on ‘Student Account’
  • Click on ‘Account Summary’

Summer Tuition is due by Monday, June 15,2026.

Any student who has not paid the balance on their student account or has not made financial arrangements with the Business Office will be charged a late fee of $200. 

Methods of acceptable payment are cash, check, money order, credit card or E-check.

If method of payment is credit card or E-checks, this must be paid through the student payment portal at  https://www.stetson.edu/forms/law/student-accounts/payment/

As a condition of using your credit card, a non-refundable convenience fee equal to 2.55% of the payment will be charged. E-checks do not incur convenience fees.

If the amount of your financial aid is in excess of the amount of your tuition and fees, you will receive a refund for the difference to cover your living expenses.

Session I refunds will be available for pickup if by check on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. If your refund is direct deposited, it will be processed late afternoon on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

Session II refunds will be available for pickup if by check on Friday, June 12, 2026. If your refund is direct deposited, it will be processed late afternoon on Thursday, June 11, 2026.

Deadline to apply for Direct Deposit for summer financial aid refunds is May 26, 2026.
