TA needed for Professor Weaver – FL Land Use

Adjunct Professor Ron Weaver is seeking a TA for Florida Land Use class for the Fall 2025 semester. The course is on Wednesdays from 9-10:50 a.m.

Professor Weaver specifically seeks assistance with class logistics and recordings. Prior Land Use Law or Admin Law classes would be helpful, but not required. RA/TA Positions Available

Prof. Gerwig seeks a teaching assistant in the Fall for Criminal Law. Upper-level students who earned a grade above the curve are encouraged to apply. The course meets Wed/ Fri 10-11.50 am and uses the Moskovitz, Boals, and Dillard textbook that centers cases in a “problem” method. Strong interest and experience in criminal law practice is preferred. 

She is also seeking a Research Assistant in the Fall for a course book she is completing this year on Client Counseling; this position will require research and heavy footnote editing as well as interest and experience in client counseling and study of cultural competence. 

The position(s) will require a minimum of five hours a week (more time and effort depending upon the needs of the week).

Professor Nino Monea Seeks TA for Professional Responsibility

Professor Nino Monea seeks one TA for his Fall 2024 Professional Responsibility course. It meets M/W from 1pm to 2:25pm. Responsibilities for TA include helping with attendance and in-class exercises, brainstorming ideas for class, looking over teaching materials, reviewing ungraded assignments, and drafting ungraded review questions.

Anticipated no more than ten hours per week of work. Applicants must have passed Professional Responsibility already. The position may be for credit or pay, at the student’s election.
