Vinyasa Flow 

The goal of a vinyasa flow yoga class is to move through each pose while keeping conscious control of your breathing. Vinyasa is considered a “moving meditation” so if you are looking for a way to clear your mind and relax while getting a workout, this is the class for you! This type of yoga allows for variations that will allow you to challenge yourself or take it easy depending on how you’re feeling that day. This class is appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced. The class is a 30-minute flow.
