Clinical Ed Office Now Hiring!

The Office of Clinical and Experiential Education is now hiring for three new student employee openings: Two Teaching Assistants and one Clinic Fellow for the Fall 2023 semester. Please see the below job descriptions. We are asking that anyone who applies has experienced a clinic and/or externship through our office.

Clinic Fellow: This is a weekly position with expected hours between 10-20 hours to assist the Office of Clinical and Experiential Education with research and administrative tasks. The fellow will hold regular office hours, conduct research, generate reports, and reach out to students, professors, and community partners to coordinate meetings and provide resources. The Clinic Fellow will be able to speak to students about their specific interests and which experiential opportunities would best serve the student’s goals. The Clinic Fellow should be a dynamic self-starter who is comfortable speaking to prospective students during events and individual meetings. The Clinic Fellow will assist in hosting events with our office and serves as a liaison between our office and the student body. Skills in marketing and content creation are preferred. Knowledge about the Certified Legal Intern process and requirements for Clinics is preferred, but not required.

Teaching Assistant: The teaching assistants are assigned to specific externship and clinic courses. The student TA’s assist externs with understanding timekeeping, ethical obligations in the field and to help organize networking events or roundtable discussions. TAs help maintain Canvas course pages, hold office hours and coordinate meetings with students, and assist the Director/Professor, as needed.
