RESEARCH ASSISTANT FOR SUMMER 2023

Professor Berenguer is hiring at least one research assistant for Summer 2023. Job responsibilities include:

1. Researching for various projects
2. Drafting memos and other summaries related to the research
3. Meeting with Professor Berenguer via Zoom or phone to discuss projects and progress

The ideal candidate will have a high aptitude for research and writing, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity. The projects Professor Berenguer anticipates assigning this summer involve the following areas of law:

1. Stare decisis and the recent Dobbs decision
2. Critical and comparative rhetoric
3. Assault and battery in Florida
