Edward and Bonnie Foreman Biodiversity Lecture – Unpacking Environmental Racism and Advancing Ecojustice

Join us as internationally renowned professor, ecojustice scholar, artist, author, and activist Dr. Rajni Shankar-Brown illuminates ongoing impacts and deep links between environmental racism, climate change, and sustainability. Critical connections to biodiversity and human rights will be shared, with an emphasis on major intersections between systems, structures, policies, and practices. This presentation will weave together research, narrative, poetry, art, history, and current events while calling on us to collectively advance ecojustice.

Lunch will be served.
