In this presentation, Steve Hitchcock will discuss various reasons why a client may be suffering from confusion, including dementia, medical conditions, and polypharmacy problems. Steve will offer suggestions that attorneys can use to have a better understanding of the cause of the client’s confusion, the ethical issues in such cases, and steps to take to more effectively communicate with the client.
