Handheld phones at your desk

As we consolidate our unified communication strategy with Teams, we have identified decreased usage of the provided handheld phones at your desk.  If you are not utilizing the phone and would like us to remove it, don’t hesitate to contact the help desk at [email protected], and a technician will schedule a time to collect the unused phone.

Removing your phone will not impact your assigned extension, as currently, all calls are routed through Teams, your cellphone Teams App, and your desk handheld phone.

Please feel free to continue to use your handheld phone if you find it useful.  This is a voluntary initiative as we continue to be good stewards of our university resources.
