Stetson Law Review is incredibly excited to announce their Spring Symposium: Is Remote Justice Still Justice? The symposium will be held on Friday, April 1st from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM in a hybrid virtual/in-person format. The symposium will feature incredible speakers, including professors who have specialized knowledge on the topic and practitioners actively navigating this timely issue. Many topics will be covered such as the impacts and obligations of remote practice, remote dispute resolution and issues of justice, and FINRA.
