The Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee is proud to host its 2023 Law Student Networking & Career Fair. The Law Student Networking & Career Fair is designed to connect law students from across the state with local attorneys, law firms, judges, local bar associations, public service organizations and government institutions in a casual, friendly, and low-pressure environment.

The inaugural NDAA 2023 Job Fair

The inaugural NDAA 2023 Job Fair is an exciting opportunity for you to meet a number of prosecuting agencies seeking to hire persons for entry-level and lateral positions. Justice-driven students and attorneys who have a passion for advocating for the rights of all involved in the criminal justice system should attend. Multiple networking opportunities will be available to enhance your experience.


Important Notice: NDAA will be offering a Resume Writing and Interviewing Skills Workshop on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 4:00pm ET to job seekers and/or law students that register for the 2023 Job Fair by Friday, November 25, 2022.


Registration for both employers and job seekers and/or law students for the 2023 Job Fair will end on Friday, January 20, 2023 at 5:00pm ETIf you are an employer and your office is unable to attend the job fair in person, NDAA is offering a registration option to include open job listing(s) for your office in the final program. Note: This option is only available to those that are unable to attend the event in person.

Equal Justice Works Announces Update to
2022 Conference and Career Fair

Each fall, Equal Justice Works hosts its annual Conference and Career Fair, the largest national public interest legal career fair that brings together hundreds of law students, recent graduates, public interest employers, law school faculty and staff, and public interest practitioners from across the United States and its territories for prescheduled interviews, informal “table talk” discussions, networking opportunities, and panel sessions on contemporary public interest topics.

This year, we are excited to announce a new format for the 2022 Conference and Career Fair that will ensure greater accessibility and inclusivity for our attendees. For the first time, Equal Justice Works will split up the event, with the conference and career fair portions taking place over two separate dates:

Virtual Conference: September 21 – 23, 2022

Virtual Career Fair: October 20 -22, 2022

Both parts of the event will be held virtually and will require a single registration.

Student Registration Opens
Student and recent graduate registration will open on Thursday, August 11 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The event will require a single registration. The base registration fee for both the conference and career fair portions of the event will be $25.00 (this is a non-refundable fee).

Law School Professional Registration Opens
Registration for law school professionals (e.g. career counselors, law school deans, clinic advisors, professors, etc.) will open on Thursday, August 11 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Event registration is free for anyone working at one of our member law schools. Visit our website for more information on law school professional registration.

Deadline to Cover the Cost of Student Attendance
The deadline to let us know if your school would like to cover the cost of your students’ attendance at this year’s virtual event is Thursday, September 15. You can email [email protected] for more information. 

Deadline for Applying to Prescheduled Interviews
Students must apply for prescheduled interviews by Thursday, September 15 at 6:00 p.m. ET. Employers will then have until Wednesday, September 28 to submit their interview selections.

Prescheduled Interview Sign Up Begins
Students will have been notified of their prescheduled interview status (unless otherwise noted) and will be able to sign up for specific interview times beginning on Thursday, September 29. Interview times must be finalized by Wednesday, October 12 at 6:00 p.m. ET.

Career Fair Registration Deadline
Event registration for the career fair will close on Thursday, October 13 at 6:00 p.m. ET for those students interested in participating in informal, one-on-one “table talk” discussions with employers.
