The University Archives contains papers, books, publications, press clippings, photographs, yearbooks, the campus newspaper, and other items relating to Stetson University and its history.

NEW! The library now offers a Digital Archives.

Stetson Reporter Index 1989-2002 and 2006 to date (Excel spreadsheet)
Selective index of Stetson's student newspaper, The Reporter. All articles about Stetson are indexed for 1989 and 2006 forward; indexing for the rest of the years is ongoing and additional issues will be added regularly. Search using CRTL-F.

The library also maintains some Special Collections, including the "Stetson" collection and the "Treasure" collection. Stetson and Treasure collection items are cataloged in the Library's online catalog, WebCat.

The Archives and Special Collections Department is located on the ground floor of the Library in rooms 3 and 4 and is generally staffed between 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. If you are coming from off-campus, please call ahead for an appointment.
