Innovation takes on many forms. Discover what ideas/capabilities are coming to light.
Maker Faire Orlando 2017 will be held on Saturday, October 21 from 10am to 7pm and on Sunday, October 22 from 10am to 5pm. The event will take place at the Central Florida Fairgrounds, featuring exhibits in 3 air-conditioned exhibit halls and in the green spaces between the expo halls. All parking is on-site, and is free. A variety of food choices are available from on-site food vendors.

In less than two weeks explore exhibits that present the latest breakthroughs in science, art, robots, crafts, comics, technology, music and more!
The library now offers a basement level group study room, Room 8L, near 25L and the 24-7 computer lab. It is intended for large groups and can accommodate up to 10 people. Room 8L is available on a first come, first served basis.
Keep Room 8L in mind for group project work and meetings with large groups!
Have old media? Refresh your collection of memories or other older media by saving them into new formats.
Located in our Innovation Lab, Virtual Gaming, Room 112, we have the equipment to get your conversions going. All you need are CD/DVDs or a storage device to finish your conversion projects.
Most common media includes personal video recording devices, VHS tapes, old photos, negatives or the VHS/DVD component player included in the conversion station.
Guides for using this equipment are located at the workstation but are also available as an online tutorial on the workstation’s desktop. A tutorial can also be found here http://guides.stetson.edu/conversion.
Special Library Hours 9/4/17
The library will be open from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am on Labor Day.
There will be normal Sunday hours on 9/3 and normal weekday hours for the rest of the week.
