PAWS Therapy Dogs will be visiting on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 10 am to 2 pm.
Update: The issue has been resolved.
11/15/22 The library is aware of the issues that users are experiencing off-campus connecting to the library’s electronic resources. We are working with Stetson IT and our vendors to resolve the issues.
To our knowledge, on-campus users are not affected.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

UPDATED: On the morning of Friday, 11/11/22, the library remains without power due to the effects of Hurricane Nicole. Since Duke Energy does not expect to restore power until late in the day, the building will remain closed throughout 11/11 and will not reopen its doors until Saturday, 11/12, at the normal time of 10 AM. Online services including Ask a Librarian are still available.
Like the rest of the University offices, the Library will be closing its doors early tomorrow, 11/9/22, for staff to get home ahead of the effects of Tropical Storm Nicole. The library will remain closed throughout the day on Thursday, 11/10/22.
A possible reopening on Friday, 11/11/22, is contingent upon the presence of electricity at that time and will be announced at a later date.
